perhaps you take it too literally. I am not going to turn into a frog because I think I am a frog.
There is a very subtle internal dialogue we all use to communicate the world around us, to ourselves.
The language that we use in turn shapes that world around us, as we perceive the world and then experience what we perceived to happen through this internal dialogue.
This sounds simplistic to you?
If it is simplistic, why is a simplistic solution unacceptable to you?

LOL that is all external stuff, it's about your thoughts your emotions the way you manifest yourself in the world, do you spread hate or love. do you spread love on a kosmic or world scale or only for specific people, a select group.
