A summertime stroll around "Mastodon Lake" at Philips Park in Aurora, Illinois. In the 1930s, during an expansion project to build a 28 acre fishing lake. Excavators unearthed ancient mastodon bones, thus the name Mastodon Lake. The bones are now on display in the park's, visitor's information center. The hike around the lake is a mile long and it is breathtakingly beautiful! With a vast variety of plants, wild flowers, trees, birds and even small mammals to observe and enjoy.

Music composed by Antonio Vivaldi (1678-1741)

The music is Händel, isn´t it - one of my favorite classical composers !
