I just got this same setup completed yesterday. Beforehand i was running the stock H with the Borla/FRPP stingers but now that i have the O/R X to go with it i must say that my car sounds like a beast especially running wide open! Only downside to is with the windows up that raspy sound in the cabin sucks in the 2500 to 3000 rpm range. And of course finding a place to inspect it next year might be but hopefully not difficult.

So what happens if a cop finds out your running a o/r x pipe or exhaust, do they make you take it off or what? i'd like a o/r x pipe like that but i'm worried cops will make me take it off.

borlas are deep/crisp sounding and not raspy. when driving normally they sound deep and tame but when you step on it they get much louder . yeah flowmasters sound like shit on the 3v's

so i am desprite for help i have the off road x and flows 40 series and it sounds like shit i dont like the raspy crap so i need to no if i should through on some borlas haha help out thanks

this vid does the exhaust no justice. i have the same EXACT set up on my 08 gt. The first few months it was raspy as hell... like almost to the point to where i wanted to take it back, but after a long road trip.. it cooked it in and it sounds really nice. check out my vids for the compare. but its loud as hell....

I have frpp stingers on my '05, and them alone piss all my neighbors off! Now I'm about to get hooker headers and an o/r x pipe, there really gonna hate me!

I have this same set up and at about 3,000 rpm is sounds really poppy and nasty. I don't like it at all. I'm going to toss on a o/r h or prochamber
