This video is how I went about defeating the Pest Queen on my first try. She really isn't to hard. Befor i went about the quest some 1 said she was like another Nomad. I would just like to say whoever started that rumor should be smacked.
In the end I ended up using:
6-7 peaces of food (rock tail)
2 sara brews (4)
1 super restore 3/4 doses
1 Special recovery pot (it was not needed but i went spec. happy to kill her faster)
MY GEAR:
I protected from magic so all i needed was range and mele def, hence the rune legs and d hide top. The shield was just one i had laying in my bank. Any shield will do.

Never mind, I killed her :D thanks so much, your guide was awesome!
I used war tort full of rocktails, 3 ppots and a inv full of rocktails
At the end I had 17lp 0 rocktails left and 0 prayer

Hey PPL ill be using helm of Neitziot, Karil's top, Karil's skirt, d boots, obby shield, korasi sword (obviously lol) and my stats are, 86 str, 82def, 85hp, 82atk, 47herblore, cant use spec restores. any tips, or any help? ould i do it with these stats? i need 55 summoning anyway, so ill get 90str/85def too.
