An explanation for the red mana combo. I had to stop the video short because my son was crying downstairs and my wife needed help with him. He started crying just as I was beginning to explain what the white mana was for which is why I stumbled through it then I just gave a quick answer. For an explanation of what the white mana is for please see my other video that this was a response to.

  • I thought that once the stack started resolving it all had to be right after each other.

  • You can respond to a spell resolving thereby putting new spells on the stack.

  • why dont you use the white mana for the colorless part of the activation cost?

  • The white mana was to play a spell you'll be copying several times with the red mana you built up, I didn't get to that part of the video...see description to the right.

  • @Urnakl last in first out

  • But isn't the Stack called the Stack because the card furthest down on the stack resolves first, if you're not answering with another spell or ability with instant speed? And therefore, when one spell on the stack resolves, all the other spells on the stack aswell are casted and discarded to the graveyard?

  • i would just fireball their ass.

  • finally a type 2 combo...

  • I've been trying to make some kind of UR Control deck using cards that use splice onto arcane (like psychic puppetry).

What if I play Eye of Nowhere, than splice Psychic Puppetry onto it and than copy Eye of Nowhere using Izzet Guildmage? Will I get to use both Psychic Puppetry's and Eye of Nowhere's ability twice (since the effect of Psychic Puppetry is added to my Eye of Nowhere)?

  • Well its not a usefull combo at all, what are the odds to have does 8 cards in a game.. fun though

  • @ DrPib25260

FYI professional poker players play cards for a living too. So I guess they should grow up and stop playing cards as well right? Just because someone doesn't fit into your view of whats normal or cool doesn't make you more right than anyone else. Agree to disagree friend.

  • Ok well I apologize for leaving the rude comments, I accept that people are different and yea I really don't get paid for leaving comments lol.

  • As CorruptDk said, Stop trollin' teh internetz.

If you get paid for making comments, then go leave some non-immature, non-retarded and optimistic comments instead of being a bitch.

And no, I have absolutely nothing against you, but your attitude. Your bitchy attitude. Accept that people are different, or go fuck yourself.

  • Sadly, Shaharadzar (or whatever) is banned in non-casual games. But you can use Blaze/Fireball/Whatever to do an instant win instead (which is legal in Extended, i guess)
