This isn't "awesome" you bear-endangering morons. Of course he got social to the area, when irresponsible people bait him! If you clean your grill thoroughly each time you use it, the bear won't go after it. If you don't put your garbage out until pickup day, you won't risk a bear's life by enticing it. If you don't put a birdfeeder within their reach, they won't come around for it.
Laziness gets bears dead, and don't forget it. So get wilderness savvy or get out.

That's kind of sad, but I'm sure it's better for the bear (you did mean "removed" as in relocated and not "shot", right...?)
I'm a nature videographer, and I especially like destructive animals (as you can probably tell if you spend any time on my page :)) - I've always wanted to see a bear tear open my Bag Feeder Project (a specially designed feeder that I made), but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want a bear as close to me as that one looked like it was to you! Still, a very cool capture!
