That's not picky. You said this is the arcade version, which is not, so he's correcting you. Admit you made a mistake
Oh wait, you have "PLZ COMMENT!!111" in the description. sounds like you're just desperrate for views.

This isn't the arcade version. It's using the enhanced 2.1 ROMS. You can tell because a) it has the drawbridge scene that wasn't int he official arcade. And b) You can tell by the moves he makes. c) the scenes are played in a different order. I don't mind it being the enhanced version, but you're lying by calling it the arcade one. It's quite different

RIGHT!!!
Tish is not Arcade version.
I have the same version in my mamecab.

This IS definitely the arcade version. I have various versions of the arcade roms on my MAME cabinet and the US Enhancement 1.1L arcade rom has the drawbridge scene in it all other roms don't. And I don't have the PC CD-ROM version all my roms are lited straight from Dragon's Lair PCB's.

I remember being in Las Vegas, early 80's...they had this at Circus Circus and everyone was in line to play it...Lol...ahhh the memories!

@ricarleite You are wrong. The 20th anniversary edition was also released on DVD, not only on CD-ROM.
This is not the arcade version.

@ricarleite Trust me, I did my research on this. This IS the arcade version. I mean, how is it not?

@memphiselle The arcade version does NOT have the scene where Dirk falls on the bridge and uses a sword to fight that monster before entering the actual castle. This scene was removed for the arcade production to speed the game up. It was added back to the home versions, as the home version follows a sequence of scenes (arcade was random). What you are playing is most probably a PC port.

@ricarleite This is technically the 20th anniversary laserdisc version. The scene was restored for it. I can see how you can think its not the arcade version though...

@memphiselle The 20th anniversary edition was released only on CD-ROM for PCs (not laserdisc), and features both the original arcade version and the home version with additional scenes. As I said before, you are playing the PC port with the home version selected. Far from being the "arcade version".
