Yeah house cricket, in a lot of cultures its considered good luck to find one in your home and bad luck if you kill it. At my job we have plastic cups labeled "Cricket Cups" so we can move them outside.

Sometimes I find it hard to kill certain bugs but most times I attack roaches. That's usually the norm but we got them all exterminated so we don't see most of them anymore.
