Head of Gaza Operations for UNRWA, John Ging

In February 2006 John Ging was appointed Director of UNRWA (www.unrwa.org)
Operations in Gaza to manage a program which in 2009 is valued at over $500 million. He manages a staff of over 10,000, delivering education, health care, social services and microfinance and microenterprise support to over one million refugees. To mitigate the worst effects of the current humanitarian crisis in Gaza, the Gaza Operation also includes an Emergency and Quick Recovery Program, of Job Creation, Food Assistance (900,000 beneficiaries), Cash Assistance and a range of other relief measures.

So I am guessing, what is happening, is that this war is repressing these Gazans, in a way to wipe them out without genocide. Just saying.
