@katieharts Hardly. If you only use it on a small section of the frame, you will be able to see the shine, but, otherwise, if you cover the entire surface it's pretty clear. My postage stamp frame is a great example of how it looks dry.

@jozza2012 My squares punch is from a scrapbook catalog (Creative Memories). Otherwise, you can get all of the other items from your local craft stores (even hole punches, but maybe not the exact one I have).
