With all of the gaming money some tribes are making now, why haven't they opened a NATIONAL NATIVE AMERICAN HOLOCAUST MUSEAM in Washington DC.

@wontonga because thats too depressing, the wise know that true history is non linear, when we retell it in the present it also has an effect on time representing a ripple! all we have is now, constantly we are creating entirely new universes that have always existed. all of them are rippling together in an infinite sea, this is wytipodation, the Choctaw are alive not dead, we dont need to erect huge memorials to the tragedies of the past, we are nomads, we move on

Psychedelics are not drugs, they are innate deities and qualities of Spirit who live die and are born again they activate the dissolution of past and future lives, and center to the eternal life in the now as we gather the spirit together and realize wisdom, indwelling bliss fertility and gnosis, which is vogodie, nirvana, we awaken to the truth that we are the Goddess

Their "Trail of Tears" was the American equivalent of the Bataan Death March by the Japanese. Injustice is what it is -

Om Trayambakam Yajamahe
Sugandhim Pushtivardhanam
Urva-rukamiva Bhandhanaat
Mrityor-mukshiya ma amritat
Om Klim Nama Shivaya
Om Shanthi Shanthi Shanthihi
We worship the three-eyed One (Lord Shiva), Who is fragrant and Who nourishes all beings;
may He liberate me from death, for the sake of Immortality, even as the cucumber is severed from its bondage of the vine. Om Peace, Peace, Peace

Never got the chance to meet my Choctaw Great Grandmother. My Grandmother was 1/2 Choctaw and we Grandchildren are 1/8 blood. Our Parents hid our Choctaw heritage do to the times back in 1950-60s. Back then you were either called Okies or halfbreed.... But now we are all grown up and are proud of our heritage! One thing I did learn is that the Choctaws were first to be moved off their lands why before the Cherokees! The trail of tears was beget by the Choctaws first!

My grandmother was half Choctaw, half Irish. Sadly, due to societal pressure, she was embarrased about her heritage and wouldn't pass along any of it to us. What a great loss.

@BigChiefFan :Choktaw Nation sent the Starving Irish money during the Gorta Mor and we will never forget them.

My daughter (10) is 1/8 Choctaw, from her great grandma who was 100% Oklahoma Choctaw. My father in law says that she is the only grandchild he has (out of 12) that has inherited the Native Spirit. Since she was born, she has had dreams of things and places she has never seen, drawn pictures of villages she could not have known, and is obsessed with wild horses, all before she knew her heritage. I have show her this and other Choctaw videos, and she can't stop watching over and over.

@brbgal Thank you for watching and i am glad that she likes it. Its good that she is taking interest in her culture and to see videos of the Choctaw people to get to know who they are. I am also 1/8 Choctaw from my great grandmother and proud of it.

We the Irish owe the Choctaw's a dept of gratitude. In 1847 the Choctaw nation collected $170 for the Irish famine relief. It was both the most unlikely and the most generous contribution to the effort to relieve Ireland’s suffering.
Beautiful song, thank you for posting.
