So let me get this straight:

Female =/= smaller hit box

Female = Seemingly smaller hit box = Players having a harder time trying to hit you since they think you have a smaller hit box

At first, the devs stated that Female =/= smaller hit box.

But now it has been confirmed as the following:

Female == smaller hit box

Yeah, the default gear is perfectly viable up until around level 20-25ish.
