Mel geodon and all anti psychotics are toxic to the heart. Add in smoking, bad diet and lack of exercise and sadly you won't be around much longer! Please stop using these substances and take care of yourself if you want to live a longer life.

Woohoo! Another edition of 'What The Fudge: Vol. 3'
Great series, Mel. And congratulations on deciding to avoid Lamactal since you don't need it. I'd recommend trying your benzodiazepine (Ativan, Klonopin, etc) if you are having anxiety or a worry-stricken moment. I know my benzodiazepine (Xanax) helps considerably for my anxiety.
I know you don't need my advice though! Just ignore my long-ass comment. Also, I should mention my recommendations are not meant to take the place of a physician.
