Dia Mirza on her role in Shootout in Lokhandwala

Dia Mirza has walked out of her pretty girl next door image in Shootout at Lokhandawala by playing the role of a serious crime reporter in the film.

"What is important is that with time I am setting a standard for myself. The respect that I wanted, I am gaining and I think slow, steady, seriously and confidently is what I'm looking at" says Dia.




When asked to comment on a crime reporter's life, she said "Entertainment journalism is very different from crime journalism. And I think a crime reporter's job is not any less risky as compared to a criminal or a police officer."

Let's hope Shootout is a success...and her career zooms ahead.

i agree with you. i think pakistani girls very pretty because they have very beautiful light skin. some hindustanis are so dark that they look black/african to me. i once mistook a hindustani woman for ethiopian. they need skin surgery.
