In South Africa there are an estimated 38 000 commercial farmers. Since 1991 more than 3000 farmers have been violently murdered in more than 18 000 attacks.Farmers fearing for their lives and their land, feel abandoned by their Government. One farmer dies, and many are left without jobs. One farmer dies, and South Africa has one less food producer. Lack of security on farms, land transformation and unstable, flammable political leadership are aggravators to an already complicated problem. If we lose our farmers, how do we feed our nation? Do we really want to find out?

@sasmarts You make a valid point. I did exclude religion and politics from this film but I can only tell the story as it was told to me. If the victims were religious I showed it and if the victims were political I showed it. The approach of the film is to show how sick our society is and how society is responsible for farm attacks/murders. I tried a more intellectual approach to the problem and tried to keep emotions, politics and religion out of it. It wasn't always possible....

@lizawantsmore hi, I did this documentary with private funding so I am only , now that it is finished, trying to get a broadcaster on board. It is intended for the international market but it would be really cool if I can get one of the local broadcaster to air it. Due to the nature of the content of this film it will be difficult but I am trying. Will let you know how things go.

Looks like South Afrika is going the same way as Rhodesia. By killing the farmers they are killing the goose that lays the golden eggs. Let them starve it's what they deserve.

@sevenofnineprod Hello and greetings, thank you so much for your work on this, although I am afraid that there is propaganda disguised as Dutch "documentary" that seems to be aimed at blaming this genocide on the Boer, I think if you haven't released your own dvd yet, you should maybe expand on a section to debunk this wild accusation that all Boers are worshiping Hitler and sending their children to Nazi training camps.. I need to find out more info and I'll get to you.
