Well, I almost dropped the silver plate with lasagna (or whatever) in front of everyone as they were watching me and the other waiters go up on stage to show what they were gonna eat. I WAS LIKE NO!!!!!! It tilted, to one side, and then the other, but I was spared extreme humiliation.
