not swedish, becuz i know how that is two, and i can understand it, so definetly not french or german, but english...
i doubt she's from england cuz the accent, so shes from the USA, i think around NY, but not sure, i think in a radius of 1000km around NY...
i cant go further than this on the accent and language

doesn't sound 100% american. Anyway I still have no idea what this toy is or what it does, but i do know how to stop a game!
