DOGS BARK TO GET ATTENTION, IF HE'S BARKING LIKE THAT I BET HE ISNT GETTING THE PROPER ATTENTION A DOG SHOULD. IF THE GUY DOSNT LIKE THE BARKING, WHY CANT HE GO TO HIS OWNER AND COMPLAIN. IF THE OWNERS DONT DO ANYTHING YOU HE CAN TAKE IT UP WITH THE RSPCA. ITS THE OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, THEY SHOULDENT LET HIM BARK LIKE THAT.

I live on Clinton Street and I hear this all day. It has to be the same dog. Have you gotten anywhere with the town or police? I would be willing to testify with you. I work from home and sometimes nights and it is impossible for me to get any rest during the day.

GET SOME ANTI-FREEZE, PUT IT ON A LARGE PIECE OF COLD COOKED MEAT. THROW IT TO THE DOG.

IF THAT DOESN'T WORK, GET SOME BAKING CHOCOLATE AND THROW A LARGE CHUNK OF IT TO THE DOG.

OR CONTINUE TO PUT UP WITH THE NOISE.

we have a dog that sounds just like that, kitty-corner from our house...so damn loud and the sound resonates through the homes...total white trash live there, the type that would threaten and harass you if you said anything..animal control? forget it..they are useless, and if you DO call them, they tell the person who called....cops? they tell you they don't deal with barking dogs...so we are pretty much screwed...

I am with u-bloody annoying-I live with a family in the Philippines and this dog gets on my nerves. It is a higher pitched ya-ya-ya-bark-bark, bark bark ya-ya-ya and howling at supper time mostly. Even when it's fed it still continues. I didn't hate this dog but my opinion is changing!.
