@somestuff78 This movie is incredibly hard to find. I saw Roller Boogie when I was a little girl. It came out the year after this movie. There was a roller skating theme going on back then.

Does anyone know who the performers of the versions of "Just The Way You Are" and "Let's Spend The Night Together" are in this movie? They are not on the soundtrack and not even listed in the music credits at the end of the movie. I am trying to make my own full soundtrack and can't find any information on it.

Venice Beach! The only serious outdoor skatin scene to NYC's Central Park, both started in the 70s. These days both scenes still exist though I have to say that sadly both the numbers and the music in Venice at present pale with that in Central Park. Essentially there are still lots of die-hards in NYC, whereas at Venice there's not much nor much devotion to old and new music that really works for skating. Search youtube using "central park skaters after party" and "venice beach skaters".
