Did the media make a stink about Mike Vick....sure, and they also are making a stink about Penn state. Is mistreating humans worse then mistreating humans...absolutely but both are crimes. FYI Sandusky's victims were BLACK. POOR INNER CITY BLACK KIDS RAPED BY SANDUSKY. google it. Thats probably why this cover up could go on so long, the victims and their families had very little power

If that is true, it makes it even more so racial. Whites could then be accused of covering it up because,"hey, he only raped Negro kids. It's not liked he killed some Rottweilers. Let's keep this hush hush for the sake of the game". To date, I have not seen the victims. If they are all black, think of the OBVIOUS implications of this cover up, Mike Vick and dogs.

Plus, Paterno had a lot of mostly white college kids coming 2 his defence, when they should have been outrage that a grown man saw what he saw in the showers and didn't call the cops. Racism from whites comes primarily from white supremacists who are a fringe minority so minute they're marginalized, and the progressive and atheist elites who believe in eugenics. Those two groups are where the vitriol comes from. One group is loud and open about their racism, and the other is subtle and operates behind the scenes. Otherwise white folks are just white folks. Black folks are just black folks. Your perception of a double standard with Paterno is unfounded.

There is racism in America, and it comes from every direction. I face it every day in the media and on YouTube, and all over the place. The racism I face is the accusation that being a white male means I'm inherently racist. Add to that being a Christian conservative and sometimes I feel like I'm target practice.

Do black face racism from whites? Yeah, they do, and the sources are very distinct. But it's not prevalent throughout white culture. You should know this by now.

Meanwhile Sandusky is getting is getting tarred and feathered before there has even been a trial. The evidence is pretty damning, so you can hardly blame people, but where is the "get out of jail free 'cause you're white" card for Sandusky? Where are the black apologists for him? I don't see a bunch of black sports reporters defending the guy the way white sports reporters defended/denfend Vick.

Paterno is getting a lot of heat, despite the fact that he is not the presumed child molester. Why? Because he didn't do more than report the assistant coach when someone brought an accusation against him. Railing against Paterno is like railing against Vick's coach if the coach openly admitted he heard about Vick's dog fighting enterprise and reported it. Seriously, where is your logic? What about getting facts straight? Did it go out the window because you perceived a double standard?

For one TMot, Paterno wasn't the guy that was molesting kids. It was a former assistant coach. For another, Vick was in the league how long? Paterno has been coaching at Penn State for over 30 years, with a clean record. There were apologists for Vick - and still are. There are apologists for Paterno - Surprise! But apparently Paterno only gets apologists because he's white? So... Vick's white apologists - many still in broadcasting - are the only non-racist media folks. What happened to logic?

@shawnzi24 I think he's addressing this in pretty general terms. I've read than many of the kids were black but of the mother's who have come forward, both were white. I've worked for a prosecutor and these cases are VERY difficult to prosecute. Unless you have either some physical evidence or witnesses, you have a hard road to ride. Most of the people I know are upset and I'm sitting back a bit until the trial starts. These cases have many different layers. We'll get the story during the trail
