Pat is still a huge inspiration to me at 13. I've been looking up to her at the age of 7. She's a amazing and talented! Seeing her live was the best thing of my life!
I just wish I could go and meet her!

I can't remember the book, but Pat and Neil made a "cameo" in one of Jackie Collins's books. It was very brief, only a couple of paragraphs, but Jackie wrote them as a faily down to earth couple.

Just saw Pat on 8/9/11, Totally impressed. Been a fan since her first album when I was 12.
In case you didn't know, in the 10 years of the 80's, she was nominated for a Best Female Rock Vocalist Grammy 8 times, won 4 times in a row....

@innamorata40 you have seen Pat Benatar 41 times? Wow, I just saw her Sunday, 8/7/11 playing outside Santa Rosa, CA...a few days ago; I have seen her 3 times now!! You are making me look bad compared to seeing her a lot more than me!! I have been a fan of hers since age 10 and forever will until the end of time!! Believe me if I had the time and money and she plays near me where I live; I too would have seen her that many times or more like yourself!!

@ivegottaheadache :) I'm going to be seeing her live in August so in a few weeks! I'm so very exited! She's definitely someone I look up too! I love her voice and stories in her music! She so inspirational! I hope you guys have fun at the concert! I'll definitely bring a camera and try to record if I'm aloud! I'm hoping to meet her after and get a picture and something signed! I'm not sure if we'll meet her but we might because its just this big thing with other older singers from the 80s so :)

Pat Benatar is my favorite female rocker ever, and she deserves to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Nobody on the charts today can touch her.
