Yes, I've seen Avatar again!

What's the most times you've seen a movie in the theater?

  • I don't believe that I have seen any movies more than once in a theatre... In fact, I own fewer than five movies on DVD, and I have not watched any of them more than three or four times. How could I with so many YouTube videos being posted EVERY DAY? :)

  • Ha ha! YouTube certainly fills the void!

  • ohmy freaking goodness i love movies, too. but i think you knew that. and i agree, i'm totally fine seeing a movie by myself, too.

and star wars TWELVE TIMES!!!?? i saw clone wars a couple dozen times, but it wasn't always with sound haha.

the two movies i've seen most in theatres are: Titanic and... wait for it... Starship Troopers. Five times each. (I know, I'm such an amateur! Don't judge me!) ;)

yay Avatar! was definitely lots of fun!

  • I saw Eps 1 and 2 a combined total of 24 times in the theater! For the love of Jar Jar, help me!!

Yeah, i've seen Titanic about 5 or 6 times on the big screen as well. The final time was at a drive in. The scene where we see Rose topless, a bunch of people honked their horns! LOL

  • I was supposed to see Avatar but my back hurt and we ended up renting Star Trek from Rad Box. I freaking love that movie. Soon we will see it.

  • I think I saw that one in the theaters 3 times! It was amazing -- and I'm not even a Trekkie/Treker.

see all

  • seen Avatar 6 times (6th was the special edition :) )

  • I think I saw Braveheart and Gladiator more than once in the theater. I think there's another one I've seen more than once but it escapes me.

I've never understood this necessity people seem to have with making a movie into a social event. If I wanna see a movie and nobody else does, I'll go see it.

I'm almost the same way with concerts. I've been to shows by myself, but that's something I'd rather not go to alone if I don't have to.

  • AND...they're barely out long anymore either!
