do you notice a big difference with the cam

I noticed a reasonable gain. Most notably it no longer falls on its face at 5k rpms.

That was the one thing I did not install myself. I was not comfortable doing the valve springs. Installing just a cam is not too hard though. If you can do a timing belt, I wouldn't see why you couldn't do a cam.

Its very possible to get the 2.slow to 160hp without forced induction.... With the aba you can do a conversion with some 9a parts to get close to an abf... If you do the exhaust cam mod and a couple others including onyake exhaust and a ecu flash you can get close to 200hp
