@TheProsperPad depends my 1st goal as 130 n it took a month for that my second goal was 150 n it took about 4-5 months

I feel ur pain too was 105pds in h.s. now 130lbs same height as you. Glad you achieved your goal but since your short I wouldn't gain anymore weight yet cuz when you get older ur metabolism will slow down and you will gain a little more weight anyway don't want to get too big then you'll be making a "weight loss journey" video just saying not hating...
