@drewlsy @sanctumstudios, look you guys you might speak with big words and all but as a musician I will tell you that every member of RHCP is amazing in there own way and have a lot more talent then most and John ( who is amazing) moved on not because of jealousy if that was the case he would have not stuck around ten more years after he had joined, and josh is also a very great talent and we should appreciate what he has brought to the band. So lets all just shut up and enjoy the always amazin

@rockcienxciento I agree. By The Way album could easily be called John's album, cause he wrote most of the instrumental parts (guitar and many flea's bass parts) for it, plus his backing vocals in almost every song. A true masterpiece by a true genius.

@THENIGHTWATCHMAN08 I'm not sure if this is what rhcpazzi used, but Audacity works. It's an effect called "Vocal Remover (for center-panned vocalists)." It works really well on almost all of the songs from Stadium Arcadium and some of the songs from By the Way, but doesn't seem to work on any of the songs from Californication. I haven't tried any of the other albums. I hope this helps =]

Nice. That's when you can hear how great he makes RHCP songs. Without the harmony he delivers with his backing vocals songs would be good, but it just makes them something unique.
