I'm having a confusion right now. what if someone says I'm possesed with good spirit? this woman heals, makes prediction etc... when you see this woman you will really believe. BUT the thing is.. their family is not somehow like guided. They always have fights, arguments within the family. I'm just concern to them.. so what's that spirit? did God does that even before? is that God's presence?

This one is one of those few cases where im convinced its legit. The girl described specifically the death of the former owner and she was right. Highly unlikely that an 11 year old would research a former house owners death to make a convincing possession.
