  • I love that pink poka dotted dress! Did you make it yourself? Do you think you would ever do a tutorial for it? I hope sooo! :)

  • @cjhesley

what poka dot dress ? .. you mean the pink one ???

it's the same exact dress, just different materials ...

  • may you make a tutorial on how to make a pattern paper? I've been looking around the web and i can't find a well explained tutorial. i'm making my g.f a dress. :D

  • @7thLunaDancer

that's so cute, you're making your gf a dress ?!

I think my tut are really easy already, I don't know how simpler I can go...

Making a pattern is not easy, you MUST have fashion design background to do it, can't teach it in a day, let alone 1 tutorial.

  • if i used black lining instead, what would be a good colour for the organza? help~

  • @xiaocustard

is it xiao dan ta ? small egg tart ? hehhehe j/k ...

black lining will make the organza deeper (darker) so chose your color wisely ... bring your lining with you to the fabric store so you can pick out something that matches :)

I'd use sheer leopard prints organza, but that's because I love animal prints :)

  • It's so refreshing to see a diy dress tutorial that's not just modifying a teeshirt.

  • The dress' are gorgeous! You explain everything so well and make it super clear for a sewing newbie like myself. =)
