  • Lifting light is good for cutting, but in the concept of flexing if you just lefted light like this your musacles would be tone but extremely small, Gotta lift heavy to get proportion, and cut.

    Why not just do a burn out set after large weight reps for 4 sets.

  • As long as you get the results you want, i wont rag. You know YOUR body the best. If you think your building big bi's by pushups and dips, as well as working your lats with dips, then you think that. Good luck with the Iron Bruu.

  • haha wow maybe learning the human anatomy and a religous routine works for you but i like to keep it simple and it works for ME. I like the results i get. and FYI I do squats in the squat rack not curls buddy

  • a pullup has NOTHING to do with the triceps. Doing dips will work the chest a bit but wont help pullups OR chinups. Also, Pushups DO NOT work your biceps at all. If you learn Human anatomy and can understand how muscles work you would realize this. And How can you even say i do biceps all day? I actually have a 5 day split routine that i follow religiously. Learn something fool. Your prob the one doing curls in the squatting rack with 25Lb dumbells. You Madz Brah?

  • Yes they will asshole. They are a good starting point along with bent-rows. Don't be mad because you are the douche at the gym wasting your time doing bicep curls all day fag!

  • Your a fucking idiot. Dips will not affect how many pull ups you can do. Why don't you go learn something then post.

  • they don't as much as they work the triceps but they still will work it a little. Plus they'll work the abs and the back. But pull-ups will do magic for the biceps. The reason you don't see guys doing pull-ups because they are challenging and its embarrassing for guys to go up on the bar and find out they can only do very little. But if you can't do much start out with dips and progress.
