Tried this a few times myself a few yrs back when i saw a guy called norroy do it...solar obliteration technique. You can do it without an IR filter if you have a fairly new HD camera. Agreed with some comments that the lower out of focus stuff is a mix of dust, pollen & bugs but as you're focusing on the higher atmosphere you really have to question what those things are that just cruise on by. Too big to be dust or assorted air crap imo.

It looks like its snowing. even the trees look like they have snow on them. There is something cooo with two large lights coasting through this clip.

it's just dust....

looks like you got a bug problem

BUGS! BUUUUUGGGGSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!

it looks to me like a typical swarm of bugs. small flying insects that sometimes fly slow, sometimes they dart around, etc. the bird coming by to hunt them also adds weight to the simple explanation. they look white and glowing because of the infrared filter and the sun lighting and heating them up. be careful not to follow false leads when truly studying paraphenomenon.

some of those "UFO's" look like particles of dust, yet some do not...

1:15 pause, see the rod organism blasting past, top right. More to learn everyday

very cool! im trying to do the same and was saving up for good night vision monoculars, but your daytime method works very well, what model type of filter and camera are you using?

It's a Sony DCR-HC 53, nothing special. The filter is a "1000nm IR-Filter"(30mm large), search by ebay for 20 dollars, from china.
