What an all out nightmare. First, you should get your pan nice and hot without the butter. If you're gonna use 100% butter use clarified butter which basically means it doesn't have any milk solids in it. The milk solids is the reason why butter browns real fast. Otherwise, use fortified butter (50% butter 50% oil). Also, when you crack your eggs into your pan, drop the heat down to low to medium. Lastly, you used way too much butter.

Butter provides more flavour but will burn the egg. Oil will not burn but you may have a crispy edge. Very little butter/oil, medium heat and then place a 'lid' of a sauce pan with a drop of water over the egg. one or two minutes and it will be ready. good luck.
