steroids or no steroids you still have to train hard and eat right. People in every lifting thread say "oh steroids blah blah blah cheat" yet even with steroids you still need all the dedication, proper training, and eating habits that a natural would need if not more.

@curtisbadger no you idiot!!!! If you use bands, the tension of the band rises the higher the weight is lifted, which means that the weight gets heavyer the more the arms or legs get to the point where they are locked=this is the level where your muscles can lift more weight!! so thats why the weight is heavyer at that point

I dont get what the resistance bands do. The either make the weight lifter or heavy. Surely adjusting the weight will have the same outcome!!

okay @1.07 when she locks her legs out on the dead lift is that not really bad form? putting a lot of stress on the joint?
