  • @7dayfitness seems to be going good, I feel good it was a bit of a light workout for me so I added a few of my own ways so I can push myself harder. But I need to thank you because your video got me motivated

    K..thanks...i sure wont giveup...and please tell me..does diet and water intake matters....?

    And nope im not a member..im 16 and dont have any Plastic money...and my father wont let me use his card cuz he thinks that its a waste of time...but dat wont stop me

  • @ironicdemon Great and key is consistent dont focus on the results.. They are inevitable trust me. Keep moving forward and knock them out daily.. Are you a member at 7DayFitness?
