Hi there!
I watched your video's and it's nice to see someone learning the skill!
I dont understand why you did'nt show the cone bearing finished. I kinda think you used that one for practice. Wish I could afford to buy some masters cause I have a ANAYAK mill to scrape! Rusted ways.....
Peace!

The result is at around 7:30. It's not easy to make perfect pictures and I failed once again. :-) But I'm not a camera man.
No, that's not for practice, it was for real.

Thanks so much for your videos. I'm sure many of us have the Connelly book on Reconditioning, but nothing beats seeing scraping and fitting being done live. Thanks again. Keep them coming.

"Machine Tool Reconditioning" (by Connelly) is a must have. Its focus is on procedures.
I highly recommend -as compannion- the Schlesinger standard (should be available as second hand). Schlesinger's focus is a lot on measuring and giving tolerances. He was the bearer of all standards (like DIN 8605 etc.).
I'm collecting material for more vids while I scrap on ... :-)
