I kind wonder, even with sasuka's chidori and sharingan, sakura's medical ability's and suer human strength, and narutos foz chakra, rasengan, and deamon eyes, along with all there various hard won battles, no one ever set this song to the 3 of them?

I think it's because the song was originally used as an underdog song. In the Transformers animated movie, this was playing as Hot Rod (a young, inexperienced Autobot) was fighting against Galvatron (a reformat Megatron). As for why it's never set for Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura or Tsunade, I guess it's because they aren't really considered underdogs.
