Tribute to Kim Jung Il and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK)

It's Irony. But I tried to be respectful. There are many people who are seriously hurting, whether they are brain washed people or not, they are still human. So this one is for them.


Explanation:
I feel Kim was the REAL Notorious BIG until is unlikely death this Saturday. In recent years, there was no one more infamously tyrannical and in terms of people wanting a man dead. He certainly takes the cake ten million times over BIG ... So the song fits as though it was written for him but more importantly even though we see him as an evil dictator, (thus showing him in such a light is undoubtedly ironic) the country is seriously upset, I truly believe.

Of course, it is believed that North Koreans who did not publicly mourn the death of Kim Jung Il's father in 1994 were beaten so it's difficult to know for certain if what we are seeing is real pain.

But because they have been told they're whole lives that DPRK is the most powerful country in the world and are made to fear all outside sources and they see Kim making friends and individual relationships with the people and think that it is HE who defends them from the Imperialist America and provides them with food and shelter .... You'd be sad too if you suddenly lost the hand which fed you. But if they're really upset and are only acting, well then that's even more amazing!

Imagine:
an entire country of the finest actors on the face of the Earth and all have the uncanny ability to cry on cue!

You'll see that I matched up the slide show with the lyrics in key areas and in ones which are much less obvious ...

My personal favorite moment is when Puff Daddy tells Kim's son, Kim Jung-Un, "In the future, can't wait to see if you open up the gates for me?" and you see a satellite night view of a brilliantly illuminated Asia with North Korea totally blacked out (thus the "gates" are currently closed).
