@JudgeB23 Actually the first was Stefan Topurov of Bulgaria in the early 80s.It was an unbelivable lift of 180kg as a 60kg lifter.Funnily enough it still wasn't enough to win.Poor old Stefan is among the forgotten champions of Bulgarian and Soviet weightlifting.The names of champions like Rusev,Zlaten Victor Sots,Solodov and Vyachislav Klokov and many others champs deserve to be remembered.The pity is that few of those performances were videotaped.
