NOS journaal (15 april 2009): Één dode bij aardbeving in Groningen

In Noord-Groningen heeft zich op dinsdag 15 april 2009, rond drie uur in de middag een kleine aardbeving voorgedaan. Dat heeft het KNMI gemeld. Het meteorologische instituut kon echter nog niet zeggen hoe zwaar de beving exact was. De beving vond plaats bij de plaats Loppersum. Ook kreeg de politie Groningen na drieën een aantal verontruste telefoontjes uit het nabijgelegen Middelstum. Bij de aardbeving in Noord-Groningen is één dode gevallen. Drie andere mensen raakten gewond.

Three o'clock in the afternoon of the 15th of april 2009 an earthquake occured in the Dutch province Groningen. The weather-report-centre said it was a small earthquake, with a magnitude of 3,6 on the Richter scale. The earthquake occured close to Loppersum, a farming town in the north of the province. Many people called the police because they were frightened. One person was killed during the quake. Three others got hurt.
