Thanks for all of your uploads. My grandfather was killed on the flight. He too, like many others won the tickets- and ironically worked as aircraft engineer for air NZ... I am sure my father (his son) will be happy that you, and people like you have documented such videos to share with future generations, like myself. such a tragedy :(

I remember reading, they found personal cameras from the passengers on board, that show the people, moments before the crash. I think they called it a "White Out" where they couldn't tell how high up they were...Great Video, but sad for all those people...God Bless Them...

One of the passengers was given a free flight on that plane for a retirement gift!!!!She had worked in the air NZ office for years!

I remember this being reported on the news as a news flash. We were all in deep shock and could not believe it had happened. Saw a recent Television show on the crash and it has been discovered that a lot of items were taken from the crash and that there was a coverup from the NZ government at the time. It was not the pilots fault. They had changed the flightplan at the last moment and had not informed the pilot. Why not?
