    Isn't it time the war on herb gets the death penalty? You just stated the officer's reaction was based upon his judgement that the suspect was dangerous. The suspect turned out to be the opposite. Therefore the officer used wrongful judgement, no matter what the verdict is. And if any more of these young citizens get shot because of a plant, the whole fucking judicial system needs to be held accountable.
