This is a cover of Alexis Jordan's (and Deadmau5) song Happiness. I do like the original versions, but wanted to try how this one sounded when I just played along with the vocals with some piano and pad sounds from my Motif XS8.

Marvelous piece of work.
I have got a new XF 7 and wondering if there is any document or media out somewhere that goes through basics of motif XS or XS. The original manual that comes with the workstation is too basic. Any advice?

What kind of music softwares do you use - for recording, editing, etc.?

My DAW is Cubase 5, I use mostly the Motif XS and Fantom G sounds (for live use), but I also have some effects hooked up and some VSTi's from Native Instruments. I'm planning to do more softsynth work, I have a Macbook pro with mainstage, I want to combine that with Native Instruments VSTi's. Although I am still a huge fan of hardware.
