Hatsune Miku is the default.

Zatsune Miku is the risque/sexy Miku. Some pitch her voice to be deeper. Otherwise, there is no difference.

Hagane Miku is the one that best handles Metal. She has trouble with high notes so it is suggested to use lower notes aroud the third octave.
