Nice flying, I have the HXT 2835 3900kv inrunner ready for my F 27 Stryker. What prop do you suggest. I have 6*4 and 5*5 props. I know the kv is high. I also have a 50A ESC. Any suggestions would be appreciated
This video got me into the addiction 3 years ago. I had a lot of these birds and never get bored, even if now I have moved f5b ships. The Stryker is my all time favourite plane
pcgamer11.. it's more than just a battery swap. The primary difference is the motor (the C is brushless). You'll also need a brushless ESC and two different servo's (C uses 3-wire servo's). Then of course you'll need a receiver, since you can't use the crontroller from the B with this.
All in all, very cheap way to get into brushless.
If you take a F-27B stryker and add a thunder power 12.6V lipo battery it has the same power as the F-27C it flys at about 78+MPH! but then theres the problem of the shaft cutting outta the inside of the props so they changed F-27C props to a prop with a screw-on

there's no gears or anything
both are direct drive
but if ur talking about gear* then the F27C is way different since its brushless, and it has a brushless ESC and lipos

Are those the F-27 C's? What is the difference between them and the slower ones? Engine difference only or is there a gear difference too?
