i'm doing a similar build a 350lt1 in a 1998 s10. did you wire that your self or did u buy the wiring kit. and witch computer did you use the one from the car or the one from the truck thanks nice truck by the way.

very nice job looks profesionaly done, i did a 94 super sport s10 with a 95lt1 and a 4l60e trans. fun to drive hard to go in a straight line, it was great till i poped a oil line and threw a rod threw the block, a new motor is going in now

The shifter was pretty basic. got the center console from local junkyard for 40 bucks and the steering column is from a stick shift but you wouldnt have to get that. I just reran my trans cable from the column to the floor and welded the shifter to the floor. and thats it. You would need a lot more work though. check out the s10 forums online for more info on your swap. Thanks for your interest.
