The batter is abit different from one for making pancake. They're sweeter and not as fluffy as pancake.

In the vid, that is Pancake. Just a pancake in Cartoon shape with topping. "Khanom Tokyo" is other things. This vendor products are Pancake, Crepe and Khanom Tokyo. I can describe from his equipment.

There is "American fried rice" in Thailand. Both "American fried rice" and "Khanom Tokyo" are Thailand original.
