Since they have known that these attacks were possible before they were actaully done. This tells me that they should have done something about it to prevent attacks. Then again they may have not of known how to secure systems in such a way to stop the attacks. This subject is very debatable!

If you say that a hacker learns by themselves than that means you cant use google, forums, or irc for any questions you may have!! If so than you are not learning by yourself. Its always great to ask questions when needed!!!!
