@cal31BRIAN23 Yeah, I'm sick of hearing how he's had 4 different coordinators. Big deal. I'll tell you what, most teams run the same plays but just call them different names and may have a few differences here and there. A down and out is the same no matter what offense you run. The offense excuse is just that, an excuse.
Campbell will never get better. You either have it or not and he doesn't. He's been starting for 4 years and he's shown very little progress.
"As a starter he had a different offensive coordinator every year, finally finding success in his senior year when he led the Tigers to an undefeated season in 2004" YES EVEN IN COLLEGE. In the NFL he had like 4 already. HOW IS HE SUPPOSE TO GET BETTER??/?
@cal31BRIAN23, He's had his best year because of clean up time. Campbell gets most of his yards and completions during the last 5 minutes of every game when most of the games are already lost. He has help, he just can't see the field and throw the ball in tight places. If the receiver isn't WIDE open, he'll hold the ball and get sacked or check down to his running back. Sorry but he's not very good. He's a 5 year vet, but plays like a rookie or worse.
" Despite the Redskins' poor 4-12 record, Campbell had arguably his best season statistically, setting career highs in completions, attempts, yards, completion percentage, touchdowns, and QB rating. These career-highs came despite losing both starting tackles, a starting guard, first- and second-string running backs, and his favorite target (tight end Chris Cooley) due to season-ending injuries." Exactly what i have been saying, HE HAS NO FUCKING HELP.
My biggest question with the Redskins is, why does it always have to be the big name? Why do they need Shanihan or Cowher? The Steelers, arguably the greatest franchise in football history, hired Cowher when he was a nobody. When Cowher hung it up, they hired Tomlin who at the time was a nobody. How about just hiring a coach that they think will do the best job, instead of automatically looking for a big name? It's obvious their approach has not worked in the past decade +.

campbell blows. Zorn is wiping his ass this year for keeping him in. Should have played collins or colt. Another season lost.

Jim Zorn as coach and Jason Campbell as QB=A team who will never win a super bowl. Its quite simple.
