I'm a coal miner in Colorado, and enjoy my job, im not a hillbilly, or an idiot. im an American making a living. take away coal plants and coal mines in the US, and you will have massive layoffs, not in just the mines, but in the communities around them that depend on the mines business. We produce some of the best clean coal out there, and do it safer then most mines in this country and world do. Wind turbines and solar are unsustainable and expensive. Coal is Proven and abundant.
