@paradoxregina this is the normal way of knitting in England... i cannot for the life of me do it any other way =] just because something seems faster doesn't mean it is better =]

@paradoxregina Who fucking cares what you think? Shes showing a tutorial that makes an I-Cord and you're going to complain about her knitting technique? Do you not realize how many knitting styles there actually are? No one asked you for your elitist opinion on the pros and cons of knit techniques, and you might become more popular socially if you could learn to keep them to yourself.

Very nice. Thanks.

To me your explaining wasn't very helpful but the video of you making th scarf is helpful. I didn't watch this all.

Thank you so much for sharing this! It makes i-cords so simple now! ^_^

Omg. for some reason, right now i-cords remind me of cute things like bunnies and rainbows. Awesome video by the way :D

I have the same scissors! :)
I can not can not can not believe how you have your working yarn in your right hand and have to move the whole hand every time you do a stitch. You are on the Internet, shurely watching all the faster easier ways of knitting, so why, what's the advantage?

@paradoxregina I have tried to continental knit, but have always knit this way, so it's MUCH faster for me! The way each person knits is just a personal preference. When I hold the yarn in my left hand, I am clumsy! VERY clumsy!! haha

Wonderful video! I have a pattern for little snails and it says to just start in the icord style! I had no idea what that meant aha.
