BEWARE of the scam:
When you apply for immigration you deal with government, but after you arrive, your real fate depend on employers and professional regulatory bodies. If your profession is regulated (medicine, engineering, law), you aren't allowed to work till you get a license which take years and thousands of dollars. Even after passing all exams, if you don't find an employer to give you the "Canadian experience" within a time frame, your file is closed and you have to start all over again.

Those who want to immigrate to Canada beware: what the government says is very different from what really happen once you are there. There is no recognition of anything from abroad. You could study in Oxford or Harvard, your credentials are still NOT recognized. Your previous experience is not recognized by employers, it's all BS. Don't believe what they or immigration lawyers tell you, they only want your money. Send your resume to Canadian employers and see how many responses you get: ZERO.

@fresaesdss You can say that again. Right, if you love your country and what you do, why to waste time on pointless overseas system? An easy decision if you were given this information beforehand, but...what about those who have been misled and learnt about foxy system the hard way by losing years of life going through this deceptively crafted network? Life is short. Ralph Waldo Emerson once said: "What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us."

@reuven1967 Absolutely true.Politics run the medical system in Australia as well.As a fully qualified anaesthetist I lost 12 years persevering through the Australian medical system and still remain unemployed to this day.All these years I was unworthily misled, lied to, was spoken to in a way whereby info was kept back, sometimes being ignored, and finally disregarding my letters and inquiries by not responding to them at all.I have been refused everywhere, but more commonly people keep silence.

The immigration is a scam because they collect fees and charge you fees but they don't tell you upfront.

I know many people who got very successful there .. stupid me and many immigrants here I wasted my life in the canadian system which is the opposite to the us .. very racist ( there was a law suit against the college of physician and surgeon of BC in which the court found the college discriminating against foreign doctors), in fact there is no real system, you still have to take the evaluating exam then

qualifying exam 1&2 then if you are one of the luckiest people you may get into family practice after wasting few years volunteering here & waiting, then you would have to take the ccfp exam in order to get a license .. Count how many exams between us and canada , and you have the advantage to get into any specialty you dream of in us… remember you still can immigrate to Canada and do your usmles and work in us very easy
