Gasps. I didn't know he was in Italy!!! What was he there for?
gondegoogoo 1 year ago
@gondegoogoo He was guest star in Simone Migliorini's "Cattivi, cattivissimi e bastardi di Shakespeare" ("Evil villains, very very evil villains and bastards in Shakespeare's works"), he basically read intro and prologue to the play (he also recited something in Italian... priceless *-*), and then the day after, he read Dante's sonnet "Tanto gentile e tanto onesta pare" and he collected his prize, "Premio Ombra della Sera" (as you can see in the video)

I don't know what he said, but I like how he said it. ;)

@Musical16 He said: "Good evening. Thank you to the mayor, to the citizens of Volterra. This is Prospero's last line in Shakespeare's "The Tempest"... with Simone Migliorini in Italian."
I love too the way he speaks Italian... his accent is perfect, I wish I had that accent when speaking English (but, let's face it. Alan Rickman MUST be some kind of a god, there is NOTHING he can't do!)
